How does job matching work?
When a Resident books a service in your area and trade, you get an alert. Accept or decline -- you control your schedule.
When do I get paid?
After job completion, funds are released from hold via Stripe. First payout typically within 7 days; subsequent payouts within 2 business days.
Do I need insurance?
Yes -- active General Liability and Workers' Comp (or exempt status) are required at onboarding. See /hero/apply for current minimums.
