Florida license number (required)

Required for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing (not needed for appliance repair). We match this number and your name to the Florida DBPR record; if it cannot be matched, your application is still accepted and checked manually. HALOFIX reviews licensing and scope before any Hero can accept work.

I agree to the Hero Terms of Service and Hero Privacy Policy

I consent to receive Hero dispatch SMS from HALOFIX USA (job offer notifications, job assignment confirmations, schedule changes, payout notifications, license renewal reminders, and emergency dispatch alerts). This SMS channel is optional and may supplement app push notifications and email. We do not guarantee timely delivery; offers may expire before receipt. Consent is not required to participate as a Hero on the platform. Message frequency varies based on job acceptance rate. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Delivery is not guaranteed on any channel; a job offer may expire or be accepted by another Hero before you see it.

I consent to receive promotional Hero SMS from HALOFIX USA (Hero recruitment events, new service category launches, platform feature announcements). Consent is not required to participate as a Hero. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

I consent to share my live location with HALOFIX USA while I am working, so nearby Resident job requests can reach me and Residents can see my ETA. Granting this consent is completely optional and is never required to register or finish onboarding as a Hero. HALOFIX USA shows Residents their Hero's live progress on every job, so location sharing is how a job gets started: without it, I can still accept a job, but cannot start driving to it, see the Resident's street address, or move that job forward to completion. You can turn this on or off anytime in Hero Settings.
