Do Not Call Policy

HALOFIX USA LLC complies with the National Do Not Call Registry, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA, 47 U.S.C. §227), and Florida's Telemarketing Act (Florida Statutes §§501.059–501.616).

Types of Communications

• Transactional / Service messages: Booking confirmations, hero arrival alerts, and service updates are exempt from DNC rules and cannot be fully opted out of while an active booking exists.
• Marketing / Promotional: Advertising, upsells, and promotional offers. You may opt out of these at any time.
• Automated calls (robocalls): HALOFIX will not initiate automated or pre-recorded calls to your number without prior express written consent.

How to Opt Out Immediately

• Text messages: Reply STOP to any text message from HALOFIX. Opt-out is processed within 10 business days.

Effective Period

Opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days and remain effective for a minimum of 5 years, at which point you may need to re-submit.

Violations

If you believe HALOFIX has violated your DNC rights, contact us at compliance@halofixusa.com. TCPA violations may be reported to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
