License/Credential Verification
For DBPR-licensed trades, lookup checks the Florida DBPR database. Expired, suspended, or inactive required licenses are rejected.
Insurance Review
General liability and workers' compensation certificates are reviewed and expiry-tracked. Coverage gaps mean automatic suspension.
Registry & Records Screening
FDLE sex offender registry check and Florida public court records review. Pre-adverse action notices sent before any adverse decision.
Skills Assessment
Service-specific competency review by our Hero relations team, including portfolio and reference checks.
Ongoing Monitoring
License and insurance status checked daily. Any lapses result in immediate suspension from the platform.
