For emergency services, we target dispatch within 2 hours where Hero coverage is available; actual arrival varies by service area and demand. For routine work, most bookings are confirmed with a scheduled appointment within 24 hours.
Do not release the payment. Our dispute resolution team will review the issue, communicate with the Hero, and work toward a resolution before any funds are released.
Yes. Your booking confirmation shows the Hero profile, available license or credential status, insurance details, and photo before arrival.
Upload photos of your issue and our AI analyzes them to provide a non-binding cost range. The actual price is confirmed by the Hero after inspection. AI estimates are validated against our price database to prevent wildly inaccurate figures.
