Minimum $1M General Liability Insurance
Certificate of insurance (COI) on file at onboarding showing minimum $1M per occurrence general liability coverage. Insurer, policy number, coverage amount, and expiration date all verified. Lapsed policies trigger automatic account suspension.
Safety Review
Florida Department of Law Enforcement sex offender registry check, criminal history review, and Florida public court records screening - all conducted in full Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA §604+) compliance. You consent before screening begins; adverse action follows required pre-adverse and adverse-action notice procedures.
Workers' Compensation (Required or Exempt)
Active Florida Workers' Comp coverage required at onboarding - OR a valid Construction Industry Exempt status (FL §440.05). Multi-employee Hero companies must provide coverage proof for crew.
