Every job booked through HALOFIX USA includes our standard workmanship warranty. Extended coverage plans are also available.
HALOFIX Standard Warranty
Duration: 90 days · Cost: Included
- Minimum 90-day workmanship warranty on all completed work (Hero may offer up to 12 months)
- Covers defects in workmanship — parts covered by manufacturer warranty
- HALOFIX mediates with Hero first; replacement Hero dispatched for inspection if unresolved
- Digital warranty certificate stored in your Warranty Vault for 7 years
- Resolution support capped by membership tier (Free: up to $500, Premium: up to $1,000)
Extended Warranty Plans
HALOFIX Extended — 6 Month — $4.99/mo
- Full parts and labor coverage for 6 months
- Priority scheduling for warranty service calls
- No diagnostic fee on warranty claims
- Transferable to new homeowner if property is sold
HALOFIX Extended — 12 Month — $8.99/mo
- Full parts and labor coverage for 12 months
- Priority scheduling for warranty service calls
- No diagnostic fee on warranty claims

What Is Not Covered
- Acts of God (hurricanes, floods, lightning strikes, earthquakes)
- Damage caused by homeowner misuse or neglect
- Unauthorized modifications to the completed work
- Pre-existing conditions not identified during the original service
- Normal wear and tear beyond reasonable expectations
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Damage caused by pests, rodents, or wildlife
- Failure to maintain equipment per manufacturer recommendations
How to File a Warranty Claim

Submit a Warranty Claim
Log into your HALOFIX dashboard and navigate to your Warranty Vault. Select the job and click "File Warranty Claim." Upload photos of the issue.

Claim Review
Our warranty team reviews your claim within 24 hours. We verify the issue is covered under your warranty terms and confirm eligibility.

Hero Mediation
HALOFIX contacts the original Hero to resolve the issue under their warranty. If the Hero is unresponsive or refuses, a replacement Hero is dispatched for a free inspection.

Resolution
If the original Hero resolves the issue, it is documented in your Vault. If not, HALOFIX provides resolution support up to your membership cap (Free: $500, Premium: $1,000). Beyond the cap, we assist with DBPR complaints and insurance claims.

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act Compliance
All HALOFIX warranties are provided in compliance with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 2301–2312). Written warranty terms are available in plain language before purchase. Implied warranties under the Uniform Commercial Code are not disclaimed. Resolution support caps represent the maximum HALOFIX platform contribution toward warranty claim remediation and do not limit the Hero's own warranty obligations.
