Our AI Commitment

HALOFIX USA uses AI tools to improve the speed and convenience of home service bookings. We are committed to transparency about where AI is used, what it can and cannot do, and how humans remain in the loop.

No AI system on our platform makes final binding decisions about pricing, Hero selection, or service scope. All AI outputs are non-binding estimates subject to human verification.

AI-Powered Price Estimates

This estimate was generated by AI based on your photos/description. The actual price will be confirmed on-site by your licensed Hero.

AI Voice Agent (Phone Calls)

When you call HALOFIX USA, your call may be handled by an AI voice assistant powered by Retell AI. The assistant can answer questions, provide estimates, and help schedule bookings.

This call is handled by an AI assistant. Pricing and availability quoted are non-binding estimates. Final pricing is set by your assigned Hero after on-site assessment. This call may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By continuing, you consent to recording per FL Statute §934.03.

In-App Chatbot

You are chatting with an AI assistant. For complex issues or human support, type "agent" or call (786) 550-2580. The AI may make mistakes — verify important details with a Hero or HALOFIX support.

The chatbot does not access your payment information, cannot modify bookings without your confirmation, and escalates complex issues to human support.

Hero Search & Ranking Algorithm

Hero ranking is generated by algorithm based on rating, response time, completion rate, and proximity. HALOFIX does not personally endorse individual Heroes.

Ranking factors include:

Average customer rating
Response time to booking requests
Job completion rate
Geographic proximity to the service address
Verification status (license, insurance, background check)

Heroes cannot pay to boost their ranking position. HALOFIX USA does not accept advertising fees from Heroes for preferential placement.

AI Photo Analysis

When you upload a photo of a home issue, our AI analyzes the image to suggest the service category and provide a preliminary estimate. Photos are processed by a third-party AI model and are not used to train AI systems.

Photos are stored in your Warranty Vault for record-keeping and are subject to our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

Human Oversight

All AI-generated outputs on HALOFIX USA are subject to human review. Final pricing is always set by your assigned Hero after on-site assessment. If you believe an AI system produced an inaccurate or unfair result, contact us at support@halofixusa.com or call (786) 550-2580.
