Emergency Home Services
Submit an emergency request any time. Dispatch depends on available Hero coverage, with required credentials reviewed where applicable. Target Hero dispatch confirmation within 2 hours where coverage is available; actual arrival time varies by service area, demand, traffic, and Hero availability.
Published industry emergency rates run 1.5x – 2.2x the normal rate. HALOFIX does not set prices; your Hero sets the final price.
Life-threatening emergencies: Call 911 first. Gas leaks, fires, and structural collapses require emergency services.
Emergency Price Review
During a declared state of emergency in Florida, HALOFIX USA reviews emergency invoices against the applicable reference price. If a submitted invoice is well above it, HALOFIX USA warns the Hero at billing and flags the bill for review. The review is a trigger, not a price cap, and documented cost increases may be considered.
