Florida Price Gouging Protection — FL Statute § 501.160
During any declared State of Emergency in Florida (including Stafford Act federal emergency declarations), Florida law prohibits prices that grossly exceed pre-emergency averages. HALOFIX USA applies a stricter platform review policy: it flags above-threshold emergency invoices (more than10% above the applicable reference price) for compliance review and warns Heroes during billing.
