HALOFIX USA protects your right to leave honest reviews — positive or negative.

Our Commitment to Honest Reviews

HALOFIX USA believes that authentic reviews are essential for a healthy marketplace. We comply with the Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA) and the FTC Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 CFR Part 465).

What We Never Do

Never suppress negative reviews: All verified reviews are published regardless of sentiment.
Never gate reviews: We do not screen customers before collecting reviews or direct satisfied customers to public review sites while routing dissatisfied customers elsewhere.
Never buy or incentivize reviews: No discounts, credits, or payments are offered in exchange for reviews.
Never write fake reviews: All reviews on HALOFIX USA are from verified Residents who completed a booking.
Never use non-disparagement clauses: Our terms of service do not restrict your ability to share honest opinions about your experience.
Never cherry-pick testimonials: Marketing materials that feature reviews disclose that they are selected examples, not comprehensive.

Hero Responses to Reviews

Heroes may respond publicly to reviews to provide context or address concerns. Hero responses must remain professional and factual. HALOFIX USA monitors responses and may remove those that contain harassment, threats, or personal attacks.

Heroes may not retaliate against Residents for leaving negative reviews. Retaliatory behavior (e.g., refusing future service, harassment) results in account suspension.

Review Moderation

HALOFIX USA only removes reviews that violate our content policy:

Hate speech, harassment, or threats of violence
Personally identifiable information (phone numbers, addresses)
Content unrelated to the service received
Spam or duplicate postings
Reviews by individuals who did not receive a service through HALOFIX USA

If a review is removed, the author is notified with the specific reason. Removal decisions may be appealed by contacting legal@halofixusa.com.
