Letting a stranger into your home takes trust. We earn it with a Hero profile shown before arrival. The profile shows available license or credential status, HALOFIX's platform general liability standard (certificate on file), and whether a report the Hero voluntarily provided is on file.

Licenses are checked for every trade that requires one, and general liability insurance is checked and on file for every trade that requires it. Each Hero profile shows available credential status before arrival, and coverage expiration is checked at onboarding.
What this means for you
Hero profile shown to Resident before arrival.
Required Florida DBPR license or EPA credential reviewed where applicable.
General liability insurance on file at onboarding where the trade requires it.
HALOFIX does not order background checks; a Hero may voluntarily provide a report they already hold.
