The Standard

Upfront pricing before you confirm. If the scope changes during the job, your Hero must get your written approval before proceeding. A booking is an Emergency only when you choose Emergency; a scheduled visit on an evening, weekend or holiday stays a normal Schedule booking.

How is the price range calculated?

The service ranges on the pricing page are general guide ranges chosen by HALOFIX. A photo estimate works differently: an AI model reads your photos and description and gives a figure, which HALOFIX checks against its own limits for that service. If the figure falls far outside those limits, HALOFIX shows the middle of the limits instead. Either way it is a guide, not a quote: your Hero sets the final price after inspecting the job.

What if the final price is higher than the estimate?

Your Hero must explain the difference and get your digital signature on the revised estimate BEFORE proceeding. If you decline, you owe only the $89 ($125 for Emergency bookings) diagnostic hold.

What is the $89 ($125 for Emergency bookings) booking hold for?

A $89 ($125 for Emergency bookings) booking hold may be placed to secure your appointment. It is a temporary authorization, not a completed charge. Your booking hold amount is deducted from your main bill. If work proceeds, the amount you approve is collected from an eligible existing authorization. If a new authorization is needed, it is captured before we attempt to release the earlier hold. Cancellation terms may apply.
