During declared Florida emergencies, HALOFIX USA uses an internal 10% review threshold above pre-emergency pricing for essential services and reviews potential unconscionable price increases under FL Statute § 501.160. This threshold is a platform policy, not a statutory cap.
Emergency pricing runs 1.5x – 2.2x the normal rate — your Hero sets the final price.
