Digital Hero ID Card

Before your Hero arrives, you receive their verified digital ID card directly in the HALOFIX app. This card includes their name, photo, license number, trade specialization, trust score, and a unique QR code you can scan to verify their identity in real time.

When the Hero arrives, you can match their face to the photo on your screen. The QR code links to their live verification status β€” confirming their license is active, insurance is current, and background check is clear.

Every completed job generates a digital warranty certificate stored securely in your Warranty Vault β€” accessible from your HALOFIX dashboard for 7 years. Never lose a receipt, invoice, or warranty document again.

Your standard warranty covers 90 days of parts and labor on all completed work. Need longer coverage? Upgrade to an extended warranty for up to 24 months of full protection.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Submit a Warranty Claim

Log into your HALOFIX dashboard and navigate to your Warranty Vault. Select the job and click "File Warranty Claim." Upload photos of the issue.

Claim Review

Our warranty team reviews your claim within 24 hours. We verify the issue is covered under your warranty terms and confirm eligibility.

Hero Dispatched

The original Hero (or a qualified replacement) is dispatched to inspect and resolve the issue. No additional trip fee is charged for warranty claims.

Resolution Confirmed

Once the issue is resolved, you confirm the repair in your dashboard. The warranty claim is documented and stored in your Warranty Vault.

All HALOFIX warranties are provided in compliance with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. Β§Β§ 2301–2312). Written warranty terms are available in plain language before purchase. Implied warranties under the Uniform Commercial Code are not disclaimed.

All background checks are conducted in full compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Heroes are informed of and consent to the background check before it begins. Any adverse action follows the required pre-adverse and adverse action notice procedures.
